Many competitors are expressing how much they like the online entry offered through foxvillae.com and equestrian entries. This seems like a good time to explain how the system works.
The service is provided through www.equestrianentries.com which you may access directly or through www.foxvillage.com. Once you create your account, your information is retained. In other words, you will only need to enter most information once and it will be available to use in thousands of shows! And, you will be able to pay for the show with a credit card. Here is how the process works. It is all menu driven and very easy to navigate.
Step 1. Set up an account which consists of a login and password.
Step 2. Load your horse information into the system. The more complete you can be the better as some shows will announce the breed information of the horse as it shows.
Step 3. Now it is time to load information about owner, rider, and trainer.
Step 4. Upload coggins for each horse you register
Step 5. Sign and upload the standard USEF liability release form.
Step 6. Select the show you would like to enter.
Step 7. Select the horse and rider from the menu you created.
Step 8. Select the classes you would like enter.
Step 9. Select your stabling information.
Step 10. Add your credit card information
Once your account is set up, the process is so easy that it will take you less than 2 minutes to enter a show and you will not need an entry blank, pen, stamp, envelop, etc!
